Sprinkle a pinch of ground ginger and salt on onions, cauliflower, cabbage, snow peas and tomatoes. Coat bottom of frying pan or wok with olive oil. Add garlic, cabbage, snow peas and cauliflower. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

  1. in a pan preheat sesame oil
  2. brown the garlic. make sure not to burn it
  3. add the crab meat making sure to stir so it wont stick
  4. add the vegetables
  5. Add the already cooked rice
  6. if you notice it startsto sick add a little bit of water
  7. add the soy sauce and seasonings
  8. mix and serve

Add garlic, cabbage, snow peas and cauliflower. Heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir vegetables, ginger,pepper flakes and garlic. Cook stirring often, until barely tender (cover with lid and add a little water if using fresh vegetables- not necessary if using packaged frozen stir fry vegetables). Add sauces and crab and stir to combine.
