Transfer the sauce mixture into the beef in a large bowl. Use your hand or spoon to mix it well. Heat a heavy bottomed skillet over medium-high heat. Add the avocado oil and heat until it easily coats the pan.

  1. Chop the garlic and sauté in vegetable oil.
