  1. Make up the beef stock and add 1/4 of an onion finely diced to it and pour into the slow cooker.
  2. Take the potato and cut into slices/cubes and add to the slow cooker.
  3. Take your 2 sausages and cut them into smaller pieces and add them to the slow cooker
  4. Add your 200g of diced beef steak to the cooker.
  5. Shred your 1/4 cup of cabbage and add to the slow cooker. Topping up with enough water to soak the cabbage in the stock. Cover and set on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. When ready to serve I use a slotted spoon to get the bulk of it out the cooker. Then had some gravy granules to the liquid to make a gravy and serve with roast potatoes.
