  13. Take 2 tbsp coriander seeds
  14. Take 1 tsp pepper

  19. Get 1 cinnamon
  20. Take leaves Few curry
Instructions to make Chettinad mutton sukka fry:
  1. In a cooker, add washed mutton pieces, salt and cook for 5-8 whistle.
  2. In a kadai, add oil, few whole spices,curry leaves,Red chili and let it splutter. Then add chopped onion,ginger garlic paste and saute until it turns golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile,in another pan roast all the chettinad masala ingredients on low flame for 5 mins and grind to coarse powder. Set it aside.
  4. Once onion is sauteed well, add cooked mutton pieces, ground masala powder, all other masala powder,salt and mix well.
  5. Let it cook until the raw smell of masala powder goes off..
  6. Once the water is dried completely, Add chopped coriander leaves, ghee and mix well. You can add some pepper powder if required.
  7. Now the tasty chettinad mutton sukka is ready to serve ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
