It can be served with lots of different garnishes to suit anyone's taste. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. It's low-carb, keto, & made with ground beef, sausage & bacon. Paleo (eating like our pre-agricultural revolution ancestors ate) chili is made without beans.

The ingredients needed to make Paleo Beanless Chili:
  1. Get Vegetables
  2. Take 28 oz Can of Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  3. Make ready 3 large Red Bell Peppers
  4. Get 1/2 can Mezzetta Tamed Jalepeno Peppers (jar)
  5. Get Meat
  6. Get 36 oz 2.25 lb. Lean Ground Beef
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  8. Take Oil's
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Olive Oil
  10. Make ready Spices
  11. Prepare 1 dash Salt & Pepper
  12. Make ready 1 dash Garlic Salt & Powder
  13. Prepare 1 dash Onion Powder
  14. Take 1/2 cup Chili Powder

Lower heat to medium, add ground beef, cloves and a large pinch of salt. Because there is no beans in this chili, it's already paleo since it's basically just meat, vegetables and spices! Just make sure your ground beef is grass fed is you want it to be truly paleo! The only downside of cooking this recipe in the Instant Pot is that the zucchini will be cooked a lot and very soft.

Instructions to make Paleo Beanless Chili:
  1. Cook the hamburger fully over stove, then drain.
  2. Heat oil in large pot. Sauté bell peppers and jalapeños in pot on low heat. Cover generously with salt and pepper. Add minced garlic near the end.
  3. Once meat is cooked and drained add it to the sautéed mixture, and mix together.
  4. Pour in can of tomatoes and break them apart with spatula. Mix together with mixture.
  5. Add all the spices (be generous)
  6. Cover the ingredients with water.
  7. Cook on low until it boils (about an hour)

Just make sure your ground beef is grass fed is you want it to be truly paleo! The only downside of cooking this recipe in the Instant Pot is that the zucchini will be cooked a lot and very soft. Combine well to distribute the fragrant spices. Toss in the drained diced tomatoes, broth, and fish sauce. Stir everything well, making sure the liquid reaches the bottom of the insert.
