  2. Prepare 1 cup wheat flour

  7. Take 1 cup grated carrot
  8. Make ready 1 cup spring onion
  9. Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder
  10. Take 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  11. Take 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  12. Prepare 2 tsp dark soya sauce
  13. Make ready as needed Oil for frying
  14. Take 4 tsp oil as moyan
  15. Get 3 tsp garlic and green chillies paste
  16. Get 1 small onion chopped
Steps to make Chinese samosa:
  1. Fine chop veggies.take all-purpose flour and wheat flour in big bowl add salt and carrom seeds.heat 2 tspoon oil for moyan.pour it on flour and make semi soft dough.
  2. Heat Pan add 2tbspoon oil.add green chilli and garlic paste,saute add chopped onion and add cabbage,carrot, capsicum mix well,add black pepper powder, green chilli sauce,red chilli sauce,dark soya sauce.mix well
  3. Cook for five minutes.do not over cook maintain crunch of veggies.allow it to cool down. Take dough divide it into small portions roll puri and divide it into semi circle.
  4. Fill the stuffing into samosa and deep fry it till golden brown.oil should not be very hot. Serve with tomato sauce.
