  16. Take 2-3 drops kewra water
  17. Prepare to taste Salt
  18. Take 1-2 tbsp dryfruits
  19. Prepare sticks For garnishing :- fried cauliflower, onion rings potato
  20. Make ready (For Burrani Raita):-
  21. Prepare 1 cup thick curd
  22. Make ready 1/2 tsp desi ghee
  23. Get 2 tsp garlic chopped
  24. Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  25. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  26. Make ready to taste Salt
Instructions to make Kashmiri Pulao with burrani Raita:
  1. Take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add cumin seeds, bay leaf, black cardamom, peppercorns, cloves,cinnamon stick fry for a second.
  2. Now add sliced onion fry for a minute. Add ginger and garlic paste saute for a minute.
  3. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder salt mix well.
  4. Add boiled peas, tuttyfrutty, cherry stir well.
  5. Now add half cooked rice mix well.
  6. Add some water and cover the lid till soft.
  7. Now add kewra water stir well.
  8. Garnish and serve with(burrani raita) garlic raita and red chilli garlic chutney.
  9. (For Burrani Raita):- Take a small pan heat desi ghee add chopped garlic saute till colour change.
  10. Now add garlic in a curd bowl, add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt mix well.
  11. Then refrigerate for 15 minutes and serve with kashmiri pulao.
