  2. Make ready 5-6 tbsp gram flour

  5. Take 7-8 curry leaves
  6. Make ready 2 dried red chilli
  7. Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp mustard seeds (Optional)
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp kashmiri chili powder
  11. Prepare 1-2 green chilli
  12. Prepare to taste Salt
  13. Make ready 2-3 tsp ghee
  14. Prepare Oil for frying pakora
  15. Take Water for making Pakora batter
  16. Get Onion rings For garnish
Instructions to make Kadhi Pakora with Rice:
  1. Pakora recipe:- Take a bowl whisk 3 tbsp gram flour with 1/2 cup water to make a thick paste.
  2. Heat oil for frying in a deep kadhai. Put small portion of the paste into hot oil and deep fry till lightly brown.
  3. Remove on kitchn towel. Keep aside.
  4. Kadhi Recipe:- Take a large bowl whisk together curd and 2 tbsp gram flour, red chilli, turmeric powder, 3 cup water.
  5. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a deep pan, add hing, curry leaves, dried red chilli once the seeds crackle add curd mixture and bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
  6. Add salt, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stir occasionally.
  7. For tempering:- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds/cumin seeds, kashmiri red chili powder, green chilli, curry leaves.
  8. Remove kadhi in the serving bowl or plate add tempering on top.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice & papad.
