  14. Prepare 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  15. Take Toasted sesame seed (optional)

Spray nonstick spray on a baking sheet. Place the broccoli on the baking sheet. Drizzle on the sesame oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper. Imagine Mongolian "Beef" and a ramen stir fry come together, and this is what you get!

Instructions to make Mongolian Beef Ramen:
  1. Cook Ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Toss in beef coated with corn starch. Cook for about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add sesame oil to skillet and stir in garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute then add soy sauce, brown sugar and chicken broth. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the sauce is thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and carrots then cover skillet with a tightly fitting lid and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Return beef to skillet and stir until completely coated in sauce. Stir in cooked Ramen noodles and green onions. Garnish with toasted sesame seed if desired. Enjoy!

Drizzle on the sesame oil and sprinkle the salt and pepper. Imagine Mongolian "Beef" and a ramen stir fry come together, and this is what you get! Ramen noodles loaded with beefy soy curls (or seitan if you'd like) and broccoli makes a delicious full meal in one dish. Either seitan or soy curls will work here, it really depends on preference and what you have access to! Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
