I'm a huge fan of the stir fry, and if cashews and beef are not your thing, simply make an easy "kitchen sink" stir fry by throwing your favorite vegetables, meat or fish, and spices, herbs, sauce in a pan with some oil and stir fry them up. It will be done in a flash. This will allow the meat to harden slightly for easier cutting.

Instructions to make Beef Cashew:
  1. Steam the broccoli and chop it up finely. Season with half the salt, garlic, and pepper
  2. Heat a deep pan add diced pepper and onions. Sauté for 10 minutes. Add the ground sirloin, salt and pepper.
  3. Brown the ground sirloin stirring occasionally. Add in the raisins.
  4. Simmer till the peppers and onions are tender.
  5. Add the broccoli. Mix well.
  6. Add cashew nuts.
  7. Then the grated parmesan cheese. Stir in and simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Now the shredded cheese
  9. Mix well let the cheese start melting.
  10. Cover then turn heat off. Let sit 15 minutes.
  11. Serve I hope you enjoy!

It will be done in a flash. This will allow the meat to harden slightly for easier cutting. Toast the cashews in a dry wok or frying pan, tossing, until browned. Tip onto a plate and set aside. Mix the cornflour with the soy sauce to make a paste, then add the oyster sauce, vinegar and honey.
