  1. Make ready 2 carrots,chopped
  2. Get 1 Capsicum,chopped
  3. Prepare 50 grams French beans,chopped
  4. Make ready 50 grams baby corn/corn kernels
  5. Take 50 grams mushroom(optional),sauteed in butter
  6. Make ready 2 Onions,sliced
  7. Prepare 100 grams cottage cheese,cut in cubes
  8. Prepare 100 grams mozzarella cheese/processed cheese
  9. Take 1 salt and pepper according to taste.
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Steps to make Mixed Veg with cheese:
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the onion slices,saute till onion turns pink.
  2. Now add the chopped vegetablesg,corn and mushroom.Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Cover and cook for 10 mins at low flame.
  4. Add processed cheese/mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  5. Put in cottage cheese cubes and mix for a min.
  6. Switch of the heat and enjoy with the bread of your choicf
