  20. Prepare 2 Italian sausage
  21. Make ready 1/2 lb ground beef
  22. Take 1 egg
  23. Prepare 1 tbsp almond butter
  24. Take 1/4 cup almond flour

  11. Mix all meat ball ingredients together (some may like more salt, pepper and garlic powder)
  12. Form into balls and pan fry in a splah of olive oil. Make sure meatballs are dark brown and well cooked.
  13. *** When the squash is cooked and cooled take a fork and "rake" it through the flesh top to center of the "bowl" to create the spaghetti effect ***

Dump your tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic, hot pepper relish and Italian seasoning into your slow cooker and stir well. Cut your squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Roll your ground sausage into meatballs, then fit as many as you can in the sauce around the squash. In a medium bowl add ingredients for meatballs and kneed until combined. In a sauce pan whisk together cashew cheese sauce (recipe in notes above) and coconut milk.
