  1. Make ready 1 1/4 cup Finely Crushed Saltine Crackers
  2. Take 7 tbsp Butter melted
  3. Make ready 4 slice bacon crispy

  5. Get 1 cup onion chopped
  6. Make ready 1 1/2 cup half & half
  7. Make ready 3 eggs slightly beaten

Steps to make Cheesy Onion Pie:
  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. mix melted butter and cracker crumbs. Press into a 9" pie pan leave 1/4 inch rim around edge.
  3. In large skillet cook Bacon till crispy, drain on paper towel, crumble.
  4. In Bacon grease cook peppers and onion till tender stirring often. spread over cracker crust.
  5. In medium bowl stir eggs, half & half, salt, paprika, cheese & Bacon. Pour over top of peppers and onion.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let sit about 10 minutes before cutting.
