  1. Take 1 kg beef qeema
  2. Prepare 3 pao pyaz
  3. Make ready 2 medium tomator
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp g.g paste
  5. Get 1 tbsp Pisi lal mirch
  6. Get 1 tsp haldi
  7. Get Namak
  8. Take 1 tsp pisa dhaniya
  9. Get 1 cup oil

In a pot,add ghee & let it melt. Add cumin seeds,black cardamom,cloves,black peppercorns,cinnamon sticks & mix well. In pot,add ghee and onion, sauté until translucent. Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,cumin powder,cumin seeds,cloves+black pepper corns,bay leaf,salt and mix.

Instructions to make Pyaz qeema:
  1. Sb sy pehly qeema ko wash kar ke pani strain kar lein or medium heat par adrak lehsan paste dal kar pkany dein is trha weemy ka apna 0ani nikal kar dry ho jye ga
  2. Phir 1pyaz tomator lal mirch namak haldi or pisa dhaniya or sabut kali mirch dal ke 1.5cup pani dal kar 10mins ka pressure lagadein
  3. Pan m oil garam kar ke Pyaz add kar dein(pyaz ziada bareek nahi katni) or light pinksh brown hony tak fry krein or sath sath spoon sy mix krty rahy
  4. Jab qeema gal jye tu is ka pani dry kar dein or jis oil m pyaz fry kiya tha usi m sy thora oil dal kar bhoon lein jab oil oper any lagy to fry kiya hua pyaz dal dein
  5. Or achi trha mix kar ke pisa garam masala,hara dhaniya or hari mirchy dal kar 5-10mins dm dein dein
  6. Pyaz qeema ready hai.. humary ghar m ye alu waly chawalo sath bht shoq sy khaty hain..

Add beef mince and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until mince is done. Add onion,yogurt,ginger and mix,cover and cook until oil separates.
