The ingredients needed to make Bhindi Gosht:
  1. Make ready 1/2 kg bhindiyan
  2. Take 1/2 kg beef
  3. Get 2 tomato
  4. Make ready 3-4 onion
  5. Take 2 tbsp lehsan adrak paste
  6. Prepare 1 tsp zeera powder
  7. Get 1 tsp pisi laal mirch
  8. Prepare 1 tsp haldi powder
  9. Get to taste salt
  10. Make ready 4 tbsp oil
  11. Make ready 1 tsp garammasala

Bhindi gosht or bhindi ka salan is a hearty meat curry that is made with succulent pieces of bone-in mutton, okra, onions, tomatoes and a few spices. It is one of those very popular mutton dishes that tastes excellent with naan or steamed white rice. Once done, add the fried onions, curd, stirring-in okra, again cook on medium-low flame until the okra is tender. Keep stirring every once in a while. (Note: Add half cup of water if thinner consistency of the curry is desired).

Instructions to make Bhindi Gosht:
  1. Sab se pehle bhindiyon ko wash kar lein aur usko upar se kat kar uska top alag karden.
  2. Grinder me tomato aur onion ko chota kat kar grind kar lein.
  3. Ik pateelay me oil garamkar ke usme tomato onion ka paste add kar dein.
  4. Phir usme pisi laal mirch, zeera powder, haldi, lehsan adrak paste, namak shamil kar ke masala bhunain.
  5. Masala bhun jaye to us me gosht ko wash kar ke add karden aur thora pani dal kar gosht ko galayen.
  6. Jab gosht gal jaye to apne hisab se gravy ke liye pani add karen aur bhindiyon ko dal dein (bhindiyon ko zara se oil me halka fry kar lein)
  7. Jab bhindiyan soft ho jayen to flame off karden. upar se garammasala chirhak dein aur pateela 5 min take dhaka rehne dein
  8. Mazedar bhindi gosht ready hai.. Chawal ya roti ke sath serve karen.
