The Indian version of this would be mutton (usually goat mutton rather than lamb). Ghobi Gosht by Zubaida Tariq is ready to be served among friends and family with joy.

Instructions to make Gobi gosht:
  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Pan ma oil daal kar payaz light pink kar lay.
  3. Light pink onion ma adrak or lahsan ka paste or beef daal kar 1 jug pani bhi daal daay.
  4. Sath hi saray dry masalay dal kar pressure cooker ma beef ko gaal kay liye rakh daay.
  5. Jab beef gaal jaya tu tomato daal kar achi tarah se bhon lay.
  6. Bhonay huwa masalay ma hara dahnia or gobi daal kar mazeed pakaya.
  7. Jab gobi achi tarah se pak jaya tu flame off kar daay.
  8. Hara dahnia se garnish kar kay chapati kay sath serve karay
