  2. Iil gram kar ke pyaz nikl lein or brek kot lein gosht merenet gosht ko oil me dal kar achy se bhun lein
  3. 3 glass pani dal kar gosht ko galny ke liye midum flam pe rakh dein
  4. Gosht gal jay to us me aloo or cook pyaz dal kar achy se 3 se 4 minut bhunai karein
  5. Aloo ko galny ke liye rakh dein
  6. Aloo gal jaye or masla bhun jaye to saln ko dum per rakh dein 5 minuts ke liye or dish out karein mazedar sa aloo gosht tyar hy
