  14. Make ready 2 grind tomato
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp Zeera
  16. Make ready 1 tsp pisa dhaniya
  17. Make ready to taste salt
  18. Take Cooking oil

Heat ghee and fry the remaining onions paste until golden. Add garlic, the remaining yogurt and Shan Kofta Mix. Add meat balls and reduce the heat. Do not stir with a spoon.

Instructions to make Hara masala Kofta Curry:
  1. Koftay k tamam ajza ko mila kar balls bana k isko charha den aur iska pani dry kar len. bad me fry kar k alag rakhen.
  2. Oil me zeera dal k brown kar liya. phir tamater aur pyaz grind kar k add kiya. thora bhuna phir lehsan adrak paste, pisi hoi laal mirch, haldi, namak, pisa hoa dhaniya add kar k masala bhuna. phir dahi add ki. phir thora pani add kiya phir alu aur koftay fry kar k add kiye.
  3. Jab shorba k oper oil agaya to flame off kar diya. koftay is ready now..
  4. Serve with chapati or nan
