  12. Take 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  13. Make ready as required Cooking Oil for shallow fry
  14. Make ready as required Water for kneading
  15. Make ready as required Butter and ginger tea for serving
Instructions to make Bajra Methi Bhakri (Pearl millet):
  1. Collect all ingredients and make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into small equal-sized balls.
  3. Roll Bhakri with the help of a rolling pin.
  4. Heat a griddle. Brush with a little cooking oil. Place Bhakri on griddle and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from another side also.
  5. Apply cooking oil on both sides and shallow fry till crispy golden from both sides. Likewise, make all the Bhakri.
  6. Serve hot with sauce, chutney, curd or butter.
  7. My kids like it with butter and ginger tea.
