  2. Take 1/2 kg bajra ka aata
  3. Make ready 1 pinch salt

  5. Get 1/2 tsp white til
  6. Take as required Warm water
  7. Make ready For sabji-
  8. Prepare 1/2 kg Green peas
  9. Make ready 2 carrots cut into pieces
  10. Get 2 onions grated
  11. Get 2 tomatoes grated
  12. Prepare 2 green chillies. finely chopped
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  14. Make ready 1-2 bay leaves
  15. Make ready 2-3 cloves
  16. Take 1 small cinnamon stick
  17. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  18. Get 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  19. Make ready 1/2 tsp garam masala
  20. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  21. Prepare 1/2 Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  22. Prepare 1/4 tsp Amchur powder
  23. Make ready As per taste Salt
  24. Make ready 3-4 tsp Oil
  25. Get 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
Steps to make Gajar Matar ki Sabji, Bajre ki Roti:
  1. Sabji:- Heat oil in a wok. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and cumin seeds. Saute for a few seconds.
  2. Add grated onions, green chilli and ginger garlic. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on a low medium flame. Add tomato, turmeric and salt. Roast it on low heat until masala starts releasing oil.
  3. Add peas and carrot. Mix it with the masala. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover the lid on the wok. Cook it until peas and carrot become soft.
  4. Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Turn off the flame.
  5. Roti:- Take a parat or bowl. Add bajra ka aata, salt, Til and ghee. Mix it well and rub it with your hand. Gradually add hot water. Take a small portion of the mixture and rub it with your palm. Smooth it. Keep it on rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Heat tawa. Take a portion of dough. Sprinkle some dry flour and make bajra Roti with fingers.
  7. Cook it from both sides. Apply ghee. As this Roti is dry.
  8. Serve bajra roti with Matar gajar ki Sabji, jaggery and pickle.
