  3. Grease a small dhokla plate with oil and pour the mixture into it.
  4. Heat sufficient water in a steamer and steam the prepared better for 15-20 mins.
  5. If a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean take it off the heat allow to cool room temperature.
  6. Pass a knife through the edges of the plate cut that khaman into small pieces and demould them cut them.
  7. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and let them splutter add green. Chillies asafoetida and mix well add 1/1/2cup water powdered sugar and let the mixture come to a boil
  8. Add salt and mix add grated khaman and mix till combined.
  9. Transfer the mixture into a serving plate and sprinkle pomegranate pearls nylon sev and chopped coriander
