  11. Take 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  12. Take 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  13. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  14. Prepare 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp roasted coriander and cumin powder
  16. Prepare to taste salt
Instructions to make Millet And Whole Moong Khichdi:
    1. Soak bajra, moong dal, and whole moong for 4-5 hours.
    1. Pressure cook the pearl millet, moong dal, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander and cumin powder, salt, onion, carrots, tomatoes spring onion, and whole moong separately till 3 whistles on medium heat.
    1. Take a deep pan. Put the oil in it.
    1. Then add the mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds crackle, add the ginger chilli paste, a little turmeric and the above cooked ingredients.
    1. Add water for the required consistency.
    1. Adjust the salt according to taste.
    1. Mix well.
    1. Cook for 2 minutes.
    1. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves! Enjoy with pickles, papad and ghee!
