  1. Take 500 grams Bhindi
  2. Prepare 10 Pearl onions
  3. Make ready 2 Green chillies
  4. Prepare 1 sprig Curry leaves
  5. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  7. Get 1/4 cup Grated Coconut
  8. Get as per taste Salt
  9. Get 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
Steps to make Kerala Style Bhindi Fry:
  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai. Add Mustard seeds, allow it to crackle. Then add in chopped onions, curry leaves and saute until the onions become tender.
  2. Once the onions are soft and tender, add in green chillies, Bhindi and salt. Cover pan cook till Bhindi is half done.
  3. Once the Bhindi is half done add the Turmeric powder, grated coconut and cook for few minutes or till Bhindi is done. Check salt and adjust salt accordingly.
  4. Once done, transfer the Bhindi to a serving bowl and serve warm.
