  4. Prepare 70 g shimeji-mushroom
  5. Prepare Appropriate amont of scallion(edge cut)
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp ☆soy sauce
  7. Get 2 tbsp ☆mirin(sweet rice wine)
  8. Take 1 tbsp ☆rice wine
  9. Get 1/2 tsp ☆grated garlic

Hamburger Steak is a very popular western style dish in Japan, and it is often made at home or served at many restaurants.   1. Mix the ☆s to make the Japanese-style sauce.
  2. Wrap your tofu with paper towels and put it on a bakeware. Then put it in a microwave(600W) for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. While your tofu is in a microwave, cut your onion and shimeji-mushroom.
  4. Heat some oil and put them in a frying pan on medium heat. When they start to turn golden brown, remove them.
  5. Slice your tofu into 3 slices and cover them with potato starch. Then put them in a frying pan.
  6. After flipping your tofu, add your onion and shimeji-mushroom. Then mix with your sauce well.
  7. Transfer your tofu steak on a plate and finish it with scallion on top!
