Beef stew is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They are nice and they look fantastic. Beef stew is something that I’ve loved my whole life.

Stifado is a Greek beef stew and my all-time favorite Greek dish. Chunks of tender beef are cooked with shallots in a rich aromatic tomato sauce. Serve with boiled rice and a good supply of crusty bread to mop up the rich sauce! Return all meat to the pan.

To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can have beef stew using 12 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Beef stew:
  1. Get 1 kg chunky beef stewing meat
  2. Make ready 1 onion, chopped
  3. Get 1 TSP garlic and ginger paste
  4. Make ready 1 TSP dried coriander
  5. Prepare 1 TSP curry powder
  6. Prepare 1 beef stock cube
  7. Take 1 TSP BBQ spice
  8. Prepare 1 TSP steak n chop spice
  9. Prepare 1 TSP sugar
  10. Get 150 ml Tomato sauce
  11. Take 2 TBS minestrone powdered soup
  12. Take 2 TBS hearty beef powdered soup

Everyone will love this, especially on those chilly nights! We just got back from Los Angeles. Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer.

Instructions to make Beef stew:
  1. Rinse and cook the beef until it's soft almost falling of the bone.
  2. Add onion and garlic and ginger paste stir the meat and crumble the beef stock and add the spices to the meat.
  3. Let it cook slowly then pour tomato sauce and sugar the reason of sugar to kill the over powering sour taste and let simmer again
  4. Then take a cup and mix the soup with dash of water the pour it over the meat and let thicken until it is ready and serve.

Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Add beef, a few pieces at a time, and toss to coat. Beef stew is the benevolent king of all stews. Familiar yet never tiresome, chunks of tender beef and potatoes in rich brown gravy will always bring comfort and joy to our tables.
