The ingredients needed to make Corn potlis:
  1. Make ready 100 grams Cooked corns
  2. Take 1 tsp Chat masala
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  5. Prepare 250 ml Cooking oil
  6. Make ready 100 grams All purpose flour/maida
  7. Make ready 2 tsp Basen
  8. Make ready 6 Spring onion straws
  9. Take 1 Onions chopped
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Salt
  11. Take 1 tsp Mustard
Instructions to make Corn potlis:
  1. Keep all ingredients ready, Knead the dough using maida Basen, cumin seeds and water and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, temper with mustard, chopped onions, cooked corns, add salt, chat masala, red chilli powder and mix well turn off heat. Corn chat filling is ready.
  3. Make small balls from the dough, flatter them to the size of poori - fill with 'corn chat - close and twist to give shape of potlis(as shown in pic.) deep fry in the oil on both sides.
  4. Tie spring onion straw around potlis, serve with red chutney. CORN POTLIS ARE READY TO EAT.
