  2. Make ready 2 onions
  3. Take 3 tomatoes
  4. Make ready 4 tbsp royco
  5. Make ready 1 handful corriander
  6. Take 2 hohos
  7. Take 1 tbsp tomato paste
  8. Make ready to taste Salt

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. A cozy, classic beef stew with tender beef, carrots, mushrooms + potatoes.

Steps to make Beef Stew:
  1. Boil the meat for 20 minutes and more if the meat is tough
  2. Add salt if when meat is still boiling
  3. Then add 3 tbsp of oil.
  4. Add diced onions and fry till soft.
  5. Then add the the corriander and hoho and continue frying.
  6. Stir and add the chopped tomatoes then cover for one minute and add tomato paste.
  7. Dissolve royco in 20ml of water,then cook for a few minutes and add water depending on the amount of stew you want.

Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. A cozy, classic beef stew with tender beef, carrots, mushrooms + potatoes. Everyone will love this, especially on those chilly nights! We just got back from Los Angeles. Add beef back to dutch oven then add broth, wine, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves.
