  17. Prepare 1 (15 oz) can of butter beans drained

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. A cozy, classic beef stew with tender beef, carrots, mushrooms + potatoes.

Instructions to make Beef stew # 2:
  1. Season beef as desired with salt and pepper or use Greek seasoning in slow cooker
  2. Mix in carrots, potatoes, celery, garlic, tomatoes and water
  3. Mix both jars of gravy with Worcestershire sauce, parsley. mushroom seasoning, salt and pepper
  4. Pour on top and mix in well
  5. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low
  6. Stir in peas and butter beans in the last 10 minutes of cooking
