Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery. Coat in flour and shake off any excess. Add stew meat; turn to coat evenly.

Pour beef and onions into a slow cooker. Stir beef broth, red wine, and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl. Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, thyme, rosemary, paprika, caraway seeds and bay leaves until well combined; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Steps to make Slow cooker beef stew:
  1. First sear the meat, so take your stewing beef and put into a pan with a small amount of oil (oil of your choice depending on your personal preference)
  2. Once meat is seared transfer to slow cooker along with 1 litre of chicken stock
  3. Chop all vegetables into cubes and transfer in aswell.
  4. Let this sit in the slow cooker for 4 hours on low before adding your rosemary, garlic and salt and pepper. Then add these into the hot pot.
  5. Once 6-7 hours have passed you should then sprinkle gravy granules in until your desired thickness. Voila 😍

Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire, thyme, rosemary, paprika, caraway seeds and bay leaves until well combined; season with salt and pepper, to taste. When there's a chill in the air, nothing beats this Crock-Pot beef stew.
