  1. Make ready 400 grams Ground beef (fresh)
  2. Prepare 1/2 of 1 large Beaten egg
  3. Get 100 ml Fresh panko
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp Store-bought beef soup stock granules
  5. Prepare 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  6. Make ready 3 pinch Paprika powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Roasted dried garlic powder
  8. Make ready 3 pinch Nutmeg
  9. Get 1 dash Allspice
  10. Make ready 1 generous amount! Black pepper (coarsely ground)
  11. Make ready 5 grams Sautéed onion paste (I used the commercial kind for curries)
  12. Take 1 tsp Sugar
  13. Make ready 5 grams Salt
  14. Take 1 Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions to make Hamburger Patties:
  1. Beat the egg and mix in the fresh panko. Let soak.
  2. Bring out the ground beef, and while it's still cold from the refrigerator, mix together with the egg-soaked panko and all of the spices. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
  3. If you want to keep the texture of the meat, mix until just combined. If you'd prefer a fluffy, juicy burger, mix well (be sure not to mix too much!!)
  4. Divide into your desired amount of patties and shape until they are just a bit larger in circumference than your buns.
  5. I think patties that are 1 cm thick are best. When cooking, the patties will shrink, so be sure to make them a little bigger than the buns.
  6. Oil the frying pan and cook both sides.
  7. If you are making cheeseburgers, just before the second side is done cooking, top with cheese and lid the pan like in the picture.
  8. Toast the insides of the buns and spread margarine on their surface. Top with lettuce and mayonnaise.
  9. Top with tomatoes or avocados, then with the patties.
  10. Then top with fresh onions and mustard, pickles, and ketchup.
  11. Done! These awesome burgers are complete! Take big bites, it's the only way to enjoy these burgers.
  12. You can enjoy an American diner experience at home with your favorite people!
