Menthe soppu rice bath or fenugreek leaves rice is a very very tasty rice recipe prepared using methi leaves, onion, tomato and spice powder. Add in mustard seeds, urad dal and chana dal.   1. Pressure cook 0.5 cup tur dal
  2. In a pan add amaranth leaves + 4-5 cups of water and boil until the leaves are cooked. Stir in between and add salt
  3. In a mixer take coconut + rasam powder + turmeric + hind and grind well
  4. Add the paste to the pan + jaggery + tamarind paste and let it boil in medium flame. Now add cooked tur dal to it.
  5. For tempering take a tsp of ghee + mustard, cumin, Urrad seeds, red chilli and curry leaves. Once it splutters add it to the prepared curry. Serve it hot
