  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Capsicum
  7. Prepare 1 Chopped Green chilli
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. Prepare Kashmiri red chilli powder & Garam masala ½ tsp each
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Butter
  11. Make ready 2 tbsp Rice flour / Chawal ka atta
  12. Make ready Gram flour / Besan flour 4 tbsp
  13. Prepare 3 tbsp All purpose flour / maida
  14. Get 1 packet Boiled Maggie for coating
  15. Prepare oil for frying
  16. Take Salt as per tast
  17. Make ready Maggie Hot and sweet sauce to serve

  19. Prepare 2 packs atta Maggie
  20. Prepare 2 tbsps refined flour
  21. Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt
  22. Prepare Oil to fry
  23. Get Small sized steel katoris
  24. Take 1/4 cup water
Instructions to make Maggi Pakoras Katoris:
  1. For making Maggie katoris..Boil Maggie seventy five %,then strain.Mix refined flour,salt with very light handed.
  2. Now cover the steel katoris with the mixture from opposite side.Press properly.
  3. Heat oil in kadai.Put the covered katoris into oil.Fry until gets brown.Allow to get cold.Seprate steel katoris carefully.
  4. Boil Maggie noodles 75% and strain. Once the maggi is at room temperature then add them in a big mixing bowl, followed by grated cabbage, cilantro, capsicum, green chilies, Ginger- Garlic paste, kashmiri red chilli powder, Garam Masala, butter, and 1 sachet of maggi masala,rice flour, gram flour and salt,masala ae magic and mix well. - Use a little pressure of ur palms while mixing it in and form a dough. No need to add water. - Take a small amount in your hands and make small balls.
  5. Now in a bowl add the all purpose flour and some water and mix till you get a thick but pourable slurry. - Now put the maggi balls in the slurry, and move so its coats the balls from all sides and then take boiled maggi and add them on top of the balls.Coat properly. - Once you have all the maggi balls coated with the slurry and the boiled Maggie add them to hot oil and fry till they are golden in colour from all sides.Remove and keep on absorbent paper.
  6. In a plate place prepared Maggie katoris and set Maggie noodles Pakoras On them.Maggi Pakoras katoris are ready.Serve with Maggie hot and sweet sauce.
