  4. Squeeze well add 1 or 2 tbsp water as needed. Mix well forming a moist mixture. Do not add more water.
  5. Drop small ball sized mixture into the hot oil. Stir occasionally frying on medium flame.
  6. Fry until the Pakoda turns golden brown. Drain off over kitchen papers to remove excess oil.
