  2. Get 1 Cup Besan
  3. Prepare 2 Green Chillies
  4. Get 1 Big or 2 Small Sized Onions
  5. Make ready 1/2 Teaspoon ajwain/ cumin seeds
  6. Get 1/2 Spoon Coriander Seeds
  7. Make ready 1 Teaspoon Salt
  8. Prepare 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder
  9. Prepare 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder
  10. Get some Dhaniya Leaves
  11. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Desi Ghee
  12. Make ready 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste
  13. Make ready 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  14. Get For Kadhi Ingredients
  15. Get 4 Tablespoons Besan
  16. Get 3 Green Chillies
  17. Take 1 Cup Dahi
  18. Get 1 Lemon Juice
  19. Make ready 1 Cup Sour Dahi
  20. Take 1 Teaspoon Salt
  21. Make ready 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder
  22. Take 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder
  23. Make ready 1/2 Teaspoon Sarson/ Mustard Seeds
  24. Get 1/2 Teaspoon Methi Dana
  25. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
  26. Take 1 Big Spoon Oil
  27. Prepare some Dhaniya Leaves
  28. Get For Tadka Ingredients
  29. Take 1 Tablespoon Oil
  30. Make ready 1 Pinch Hing
  31. Take 1/2 Teaspoon Sarson/ Mustard Seeds
  32. Take 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder
  33. Take 2 Dried Red Chillies
Instructions to make Kadhi Pakoda:
  1. Chop Onions, Green Chillies & Dhaniya leaves very finely.
  2. Now take a bowl, add 1 cup Besan in it with 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder, 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds & 1/2 Teaspoon Ajwain in it & mix them properly.
  3. Now start adding water slowly-slowly so that no lumps are formed in the batter.
  4. The batter should be in flowing consistency.
  5. Whisk the batter continuously for 4-5 so that air is trapped in the batter.
  6. Then add 1/4 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, Tablespoon Desi Ghee, 1 Teaspoon Ginger Paste, finely chopped green chilies, onions & dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly.
  7. Now let the batter for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, take a mixer grinder jar, add 1 Cup Sour Dahi in it with 4 Tablespoons Besan, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon Haldi Powder, 1 Teaspoon Laal Mirch Powder in it & grind them finely without adding water for 1st spin.
  9. Then add 1 Litre of Water in it & again grind it.
  10. Then take a pressure cooker, add 1 Big Spoon Oil to it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  11. When oil gets heated up, add 1/2 Teaspoon Methi Dana, 1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds & 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds/ Sarson in it & let them sizzle.
  12. When they start sizzling, add finely chopped green chilies in it & cook them for 1-2 minutes.
  13. After 1-2 minutes, add ground kadhi purée it & mix them properly.
  14. Now half cover the lid & let it boil.
  15. Meanwhile, on the other hand, after 10-15 minutes, take a kadhai, add oil to it & keep the gas on medium flame.
  16. Now add 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder in it with 2-3 Drops of water in it & mix them properly in the batter.
  17. When oil gets heated up, add batter to it with the help of a spoon.
  18. Don’t stir them immediately, when their surface will be set, they will float on top of oil automatically.
  19. After 1-2 minutes, start stirring them & fry them till they turn into golden brown in color.
  20. After 8-10 minutes, when they turn into golden brown in color, turn off the flame & take them out in a bowl or a plate.
  21. Then on the other hand, when kadhai starts boiling, add 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste in it & mix them properly.
  22. Cook them till gravy’s consistency turn thick.
  23. Then add fried pakode, finely chopped dhaniya leaves in it & mix them properly.
  24. Meanwhile, on the other hand, take a tadka pan, add 1 Table Spoon Oil to it & keep the gas on low flame.
  25. When oil gets heated up, add 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds, 1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.
  26. When they start sizzling, pour tadka in kadhi & mix them properly.
  27. Your Kadhi Pakode is ready to be served.
