  1. In a pan, boil water and put cut pieces of gobhi. Cook gobhi for 3-4 mins and then drain. Cool gobhi in cool water.
  2. Apply little chaat masala on cooled gobhi and keep aside.
  3. Combine all the ingredients of the batter and make a thick batter.
  4. Dip pieces of gpbhi in the batter and one by one, deep fry in hot oil.
  5. Put gbhi pakodas on tissue paper to absord extra oil.
  6. Sereve crispy and crunchy gobhi pakodas wth green chutney and lemon.
