  9. Get 4 table spoon gram flour
  10. Make ready 8-10 clove garlic
  11. Make ready 2 table spoon oil
  12. Take 1 tea spoon jeera a pinch of hing
  13. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  14. Make ready 2-3 sabut red chilli
  15. Prepare As per taste Salt , kashmiri red chilli
  16. Get 1 tea spoon haldi powder
  17. Take 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  18. Get 1/2 teaspoon garam masala & kasuri methi
Steps to make Palak pakoda kadhi:
  1. For pakora make a fine dough of palak & besan & do deep fry
  2. Put it in a side now take a heavy bottom pan add oil after fine heated add chopped garlic jeera hing
  3. Red chilli & mustard seeds roast it well add salt chilli coriander & haldi powder
  4. In a separate bowl add curd & besan with the help of hand or beater mix it proper
  5. And add slowly in roast masala water also add into it & stir continues for some time
  6. (1 cup curd then 4 cup water) without lid leave it for 10 to 15 minutes on slow flame for boiled
  7. When it become thick (as you want)add pakoras garnish with garam masala & kasuri methi
  8. Mustard oil is best for kadi serve it with roti or rice it's too much tasty
