  1. Mix pakora ingredients and make a smooth paste,
  2. Now add besan, yogurt and water in a blender and blender until everything is mixed.
  3. Now add that mixture in a large pot, turn on the heat and cook on high flame until it boils, keep stiring while boiling.
  4. Once it boiled, cook on low flame,
  5. On the other hand, heat oil in a pan, fry onions, add garlic when onions turned brown. Mix
  6. Now add ginger paste, mix and cook on medium flame,
  7. Add all spices and mix,
  8. When oil comes out from cornor, turn off the flame add this tarka in boiled karhi, mix
  9. Now heat 2ts oil in the same pan in which we cooked masala mixture, add red chilli powder in hot oil, mix, when it turn dark, put this tarka on karhi, cover with lid for 15 mints, turn off the flame
  10. Now heat oil in a pan for preparing pakora
  11. Add 1 ts of hot oil in pakora mixture and mix
  12. Now add small portion of mixture in hot oil with spoon, cook from both sides
  13. When done put fritters (pakory) in karhi, spread coriander leaves and cover with lid for 10-15 mints.
  14. You will feel the good aroma, flavor and taste… Enjoy with boiled rice, naan or makai ki roti
