Punjabi Kadhi Pakora is a spicy yogurt based curry that hails from North India. In this recipe, curd is cooked along with spiced gram flour dumplings. Serve it with Tawa Paratha and Baingan ka Bharta. Fry the pakoras in small batches until golden-brown.

Instructions to make Curry pakora:
  1. Heat oil,add curry patta,gol red chilli, zeera when it turns golden brown add 1 tomato and choti methi.
  2. When tomato becomes soft add 1/4 cup water, haldi,red chilli powder, garlic, green chillies.
  3. An other side grinded yogurt with coriander and besan.
  4. When oil appears add yogurt mixture and water as required.
  5. Cook on low flame
  6. Serve and enjoy

Serve it with Tawa Paratha and Baingan ka Bharta. Fry the pakoras in small batches until golden-brown.
