Besan Ke Pakode is the delicious snack dish made with Bengal gram flour (besan), onion and other spices. After few minutes when the half fried big pakoda is cool enough, then make small-small pakode from that big pakoda. In this way make small-small pakode from each big pakoda. Ribbon pakoda is one of the most famous Savouries in Tamil nadu.

Instructions to make Boil aloo besan ka pakoda:
  1. Collects the ingredients.
  2. Chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and onion.
  3. Peel the boil potatoes. Take a bowl, mashed the boil potatoes. Add chopped green chillies.
  4. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chat masala.
  5. Add red chilli powder, cumin seeds, salt.
  6. Mix well.Make a small balls.
  7. For besan batter: Take a another bowl, add besan, sooji, turmeric powder
  8. Add red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, hing.
  9. Add water to make normal batter.
  10. Heat oil in a kadhai, dip the ball in besan batter and drop in hot oil.
  11. Fry on medium flame till golden brown and crispy.
  12. Boil aloo besan ka pakoda is ready to eat. Enjoy!!!
