  1. Make ready 250 grams potatoes
  2. Take 1 medium sized onion chopped
  3. Make ready Some Coriander leaves
  4. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
  6. Prepare as per taste Salt
  7. Take 1 tsp Chilli ginger paste
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
  9. Take 20 grams paneer
  10. Prepare 11/2 cup basen
  11. Get Some coriander leaves
  12. Get 1 tsp Red chili powder
  13. Get 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
  14. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  15. Take 3 tsp Oil
  16. Make ready as required Oil for frying
  17. Prepare 1 pinch baking soda
Instructions to make Bread pakoda:
  1. First of all we prepare filling take a bowl add chopped onion add all masalas like red chilli powder, coriander powder some coriander leaves salt ginger chilli paste salt mix it well.
  2. Now add 20 g grated paneer mix it well our filling is ready.
  3. Then time to prepare batter take a bowl add red chilli powder some coriander leaves, salt as per taste add 2,3 TSP oil 1 pinch baking soda 1/4 tsp turmeric mix it well.
  4. Make smooth batter by using some water as required to make smooth batter not more thick nor more thin.
  5. Our batter and filling is ready now take 2 pieces of bread spread green chutney on 1 bread and spread tomato sauce on another bread now spread potatoes filling on the bread evenly like this.
  6. Then cover with another bread on it press littly then cut it in two traingles like this
  7. By this method make all breads then heat the oil dip the bread in basen batter and Deep fry.
  8. Deep fry up to golden brown colour light colour our pakodas are ready to serve with tomato sauce and chutney
