  2. Take 1 cauliflower
  3. Make ready 1 cup moong dal flour
  4. Make ready 1/4 cup cornflour

  6. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Get as required water
  8. Get to taste salt
  9. Make ready as required Mustard oil for frying

  11. Get 1 onion - finely chopped
  12. Get 2 tbsp spring onion - chopped
  13. Get 2 tbsp garlic - chopped
  14. Make ready 1 green chilli -slit
  15. Take 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  16. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  17. Prepare 1 tsp soy sauce
  18. Make ready 1 tsp white vinegar
  19. Make ready 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  20. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  21. Get 1 tbsp cornflour
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  23. Take to taste salt
  24. Get as required water
  25. Get as per taste spring onion green - for garnishing
  26. Get as required sesame seeds - for garnishing
Steps to make Gobhi Manchurian:
  1. Take 3 cups of water in a pan and boil it. Blanch the cauliflower for 2 minutes. Take it out on a plate.
  2. Take moong dal flour, cornflour, salt,ginger-garlic paste, and red chilli powder in a bowl. - Mix well. Add enough water to make a medium-thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a wok. - Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter and deep fry pakodas on medium flame.
  4. Crisp pakodas are ready. Take it out on a plate.
  5. For gravy, heat oil in a pan and add garlic and green chilli. Saute for a few seconds.
  6. Add onion and spring onion green. Mix well and saute for a minute on low flame.
  7. Now add ginger-garlic paste and red chilli sauce. Mix well.
  8. Then add soy sauce, vinegar and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  9. Add salt and red chilli powder. Saute for few seconds.
  10. Take cornflour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp water. Mix well. Pour it in a pan and mix well so that there are no lumps.
  11. Add water as required to make thick gravy and cook for a minute.
  12. Now add pakodas in the gravy and toss well. - Sprinkle spring onion greens and sesame seeds. Serve hot with noodles or fried rice.
