  2. Get 1 boiled & mashed potato
  3. Get 1 tsp chaat masala
  4. Get 1 tsp oil
  5. Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  6. Prepare 1/2 inch ginger grated
  7. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Take to taste salt
  9. Make ready 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  10. Take Other ingredients -
  11. Take 2 slices bread white / brown (I used two brown slices)
  12. Get 1/4 cup green chutney
  13. Get 1/2 onion sliced
  14. Get 1/2 tomato sliced
  15. Make ready 2-3 thin slices of fresh paneer
  16. Take 2 tsp butter of your choice
  17. Prepare 1/4 cup sev
  18. Take 1 tbsp chaat masala
Instructions to make Bombay Sandwich:
  1. Heat 2 tsp oil and add Cumin seeds jeera, ginger and saute. Add turmeric, salt & chaat masala
  2. Now add the boiled and mashed potato, mix well and add Coriander leaves - Aloo masala stuffing is ready.
  3. Spread butter on the bread slices, then spread green chutney. - Keep 2 slices of tomato on one bread piece and 2 slices of onion on another - Spread aloo masala evenly on the bread.
  4. Now place thin slices of paneer on top of the aloo masala - Cover with another bread slice and spread some butter on the top of the bread.
  5. Toast the sandwich till it's golden and crispy - Cut the masala toast sandwich into 4 pieces.
  6. Finally, sprinkle sev and chaat masala before serving masala toast sandwich.
