  10. Prepare as required Curry leaves
  11. Prepare 2 Red chilli
  12. Make ready 2 cloves garlic optional(Mangalore people use).It's great

Coconut or Nariyal Chutney is served with idli and dosa. Easy to prepare, grind the main ingredients, add a quick tadka and it is ready to be served. This Coconut Chutney is our favorite accompaniment to go with South Indian tiffin breakfast like Quick Hotel Style Coconut Chutney (Without tempering). Both of them are extremely easy and tasty.

Instructions to make Coconut (nariyal)chutney:
  1. In a blender or grinder,put coconut,chana Dal,ginger, coriander leaves n if you like half green Chilli.add water,get it blended
  2. Now for chaunk or tempering add 1 spoon oil put all ingredients one by one.allow chilli to spread colour n splutter….last add curry leaves with chilli roasted too much
  3. Pour it n taste..

This Coconut Chutney is our favorite accompaniment to go with South Indian tiffin breakfast like Quick Hotel Style Coconut Chutney (Without tempering). Both of them are extremely easy and tasty.
