  1. Take 1 cup urad dal soaked
  2. Make ready 1 cup.mong dal soaked

  7. Take 4 tbsp Sugar
  8. Get Curry leaves 1tsp
  9. Get 1 tbsp Coriander
  10. Get Tamarind sauce /chutney as required

  12. Get handful Coriander
  13. Get handful Mint
  14. Prepare 1 tsp Zeera
  15. Get 2 pods Garlic
  16. Make ready Salt
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp Curd
  18. Get 1 tsp Black salt

Instructions to make Dahi vada:
  1. Soaked the dals for 2to 4 hours and then grind them into fine paste by adding green chilli, salt pepper and curry leaves and some coriander. No need to add baking soda just whisk it nicely and make the batter fluffy.
  2. Now into a kadai add oil to deeply fry these wadas.
  3. Soak them into warm water with some salt for 10 mins.
  4. Now let's prepare the green thiki chutney add coriander, mint, zeera and salt n garlic add curd 1tsbp and black salt keep aside.
  5. Beat the curd nicely add salt n sugar add some water.
  6. Tamarind sauce or chutney I have already mention the recipi it's prepared with jaggery check it out.
  7. Now assemble and add curd on it then add green chutney tamarind chutney then add chaat masala 1tsp, red chilli powder and coriander and serve it. Enjoy
