  1. Heat oil in a pan,add all the ingredient of chutney exept salt.
  2. Fry 2 minutes,transfer to a grinding jar,make smooth paste with the help of some water.
  3. Add salt,mix.
  4. For tampering :Heat oil in a tadka pan,add mustard seeds,chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Fry 30 seconds,pour over chutney.Serve with idlis,dosas or with any snack.
