Steps to make Spring Onion Pancakes:
  1. Let’s take all-purpose flour in a bowl, add water and knead a soft dough and leave it for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Now let’s knead the dough again. Take some portion and make a big ball, dust some all-purpose flour and roll it.
  3. Now apply some melted butter then sprinkle some salt and spring onion. Now flip it from one side.
  4. Now flip it from another side as well and then make a roll of it. Now press the roll with the palm and roll it again in a oval shape.
  5. Again apply some butter again, sprinkle chopped spring onion. Now flip it again from both the side and make roll of it again.
  6. Again press the roll with palm and make a small circle of it. Now take the pan and add the oil in it for the shallow fry, once the oil is hot then place the prepared pan cake and shallow fry it from both the side until golden brown on medium high flame. Now pan cake is ready and you can serve it with the prepared dip in the below step.
  7. For dip - let’s take a small bowl, add powdered sugar, grated ginger, chopped spring onion, soya sauce, vinegar and mix it well. Now the dip is ready.
