Roast beef doesn't refer to just one cut of beef. Eye of round, bottom round roast, top round roast, top sirloin roast, and bone-in rib roast are all common. Whichever cut you choose, quality counts. Opt for USDA Choice or USDA Prime beef when possible.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have roasted beef using 11 ingredients and 12 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Roasted Beef:
  1. Get Black Angus sirloin Roast
  2. Take Pink Himalayan salt
  3. Prepare fresh ground black pepper
  4. Make ready ground paprika
  5. Take Cabernet Sauvignon merlot
  6. Make ready carrots
  7. Make ready extra Virgin olive oil
  8. Make ready large onion sliced
  9. Make ready all purpose flour
  10. Prepare granulated garlic powder
  11. Get bacon

Cooking the Beef Let the beef come to room temperature before you put it in the oven. Stand the roast in a pan, and season it generously with salt and pepper to taste. Steps to make Roasted Beef:

  4. Trim off what wouldn't fit.
  5. Tie the roast. Add salt and pepper to the outside of the roast.
  6. Heat a pan or roaster hot add the oil and sear the beef. Add the spices.
  7. If using the roaster when browned on all sides remove from heat and add the broth and deglaze the roaster. If using a pan do the same with pan. Add the wine right after you add the broth.
  8. Add roast back to the roaster. If the liquids was done in the pan transfer them to a roaster then add the roast to the roaster. Add the carrots and season them.
  9. Roast in the oven for 1 hour.
  10. Check internal temperature should be 150 degrees Fahrenheit.
  11. Remove the roast from roaster. Add the flour to the liquids and carrots. Stir well till the liquids become a gravy.
  12. Slice and serve I hope you enjoy!!
