  13. Get 3 tsp Green coriander leaves
  14. Make ready as needed Fried home-made cheese
  15. Get 1 bowl curd
  16. Make ready handful Aloo bhujia
  17. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  18. Prepare Whole Spices
  19. Prepare 2 green cardamom
  20. Take 1 inch cinnamon stick
  21. Take 3 cloves
  22. Get 5 black peppercorn
  23. Take 1 mace
Instructions to make Mixed Veg Pulao:
  1. Arrange the ingredients.
  2. Heat oil on a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and whole spices. Saute on low flame till aroma could come.
  3. Add chopped onion and green chili and saute till translucent.
  4. Crush the ginger, garlic with a pestle and add to kadhai.
  5. Mix and saute with onion.
  6. Add the chopped veggies(except cabbage), mix and cook till half done.
  7. Now add chopped tomatoes and cabbage and cook till tomatoes, softened.
  8. Add chili powder and curry powder and mix well.
  9. Add the cooked basmati rice and mix well carefully. Add the required amount of salt also.
  10. Cover and cook for five minutes. Serve by garnish with fried homemade cheese and green coriander with curd and Aloo bhujia. - Thanks
