  10. Initially we thought to eat it plain, however, at the last minute my wife wanted rice. This was a good choice.
  11. Serve

In the bottom of your slow cooker, add half of the sliced red onions. Pour half the sauce over the onions. Place chuck roast on top of the onions and evenly sprinkle remaining onions on top. Instructions Place your beef in a Crock-Pot. When the beef is tender, shred it up using forks.
