  7. Add some water,beef stock, salt and black pepper to the drippings. Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to the drip pan. Stir quickly while the gravy thickens to avoid lumping. - - Pour the gravy on your sliced beef. Garnish with rosemary and coriander.
  8. Serve with rice dishes, fries or ugali - - Enjoy 🌹

Remove celery with slotted spoon; discard. Add desired vegetables around beef roast in the oven. The shape of the roast will affect the cooking time. Let the beef come to room temperature before you put it in the oven. Stand the roast in a pan, and season it generously with salt and pepper to taste.
